Fox 36 travel

I have a Lapierre spicy 316, been riding it for a couple of weeks so far. Changed the spring on the fox 36 Vanilla to suit my weight according to fox chart from stock blue one to a purple one. Still only getting 30mm of sag even with no preload at all. Does the fork take a while to bed in to its travel and gradually soften up?

It can do - sometimes stiction will stop it sagging. Compress the forks then let the return to sag.

You may need a softer spring for more sag.
