I'm looking to buy a platform to attach to clipless pedals in order to convert them to flat pedals rather than switching between pedal types. An example of one of these is the Winwood Decksters.

Can anyone recommend a particular clip in platform as I'm looking to get some of these for more casual rides with regular footwear.

Thanks in advance.

Big buggers too... was thinking of something a little more simple, like me.

    Cheers though.

buy some cleats and fit to some Alloy checker plate.

but it does depend on what shoes you are going to use.

What brand and model pedals are these for?

Time Xen E clipless road pedals are what I'm looking to convert.

If there's a better combination though, I'd be willing to purchase them and the relevant platform. I can always eBay the Time pedals.

What about Shimano SPD mtb pedals?
You can buy these to fit them http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/mtb-cages-3885152/

I use them on my winter/work bike so I can ride in my trainers to work. They last ages too.
And if you really want to therer is no need to remove them as you have 2 sides to the pedals

Depending where you buy your SPD's you may get the platforms thrown in. I got SPD520's with platforms for £20 from Ebay a while back.
