chain device

Hi i have a 24" wheel single speeder but have been going to chicksands lately and am currently in the process of converting to 9 gears on the back and one chain ring up front. What sort of chain device would you guys recommend. not to pricey though?

    E13 SRS, doesn't fit the 'not to pricey' bit though. It's what I have on the Kona, also 9 speeded.

    I'd Say A DMR One Is Great! Top Guide + Little Red Wheel Or Pulley Underneath.. (Run A Short Cage Mech..I Made That Mistake)..
