Hi to everyone as I am new to this forum. My quandry is I have just bought a 2nd hand Giant Reign 2 and it has the original Manitou Nixon forks, I have Marzocchi 66vf's on my old bike, should I swap them. I am 13 stone and ride all terrain and have a quite aggresive riding style (i.e. no finesse). I also have a Manitou 6way coil shock should i swap it with the 3 way air shock. Thanks for any help.

Just ride the new bike with the forks it currently has on and if you think the 66s were performing better, then swap.

Good advice but I have not ridden the 66's properly yet. The last forks I rode properly were Monster T's. I bought the 66's to turn my downhill bike into more of a trail bike, but kids got in the way, so I am coming back to riding after 3 years away. As to the other comment's you are just reiterating what I was thinking, go Mazarocchi, they have never let me down in the past. The reason for the post is that I have never used Manitou's and was wondering if anyone rated them. Thanks again.
