Is there quite a bit of weight on your wrists when riding? if you're a bit too forward you could always try moving the saddle inwards along it's rails so you're more upright.

I'm 6'6" and generally ride 21" mountain bikes, this usually involves having the saddle fairly high, some brands are better than others I find. Some just don't do bikes that will fit so are written off immediately :(

i used to get somthing the same chap changed my grips and were padded gloves. also be bi my self i put alot of pressure on my wrists. you could try wereing some wrist supports. there a bit like bandages with velcro on.

youy could maybe try changing the postion of yours brake and gear levers as well. they may be a little to high.
  • Check the angle of the break levers. They should be in line with your arms.

You could try a higher rise stem to lift you up, reducing the weight on your wrists
