    Hi el_P

I was there also and it was an enjoyable event although I felt the commentators could have been a little more descriptive for those who are not cycle nuts. Still, I enjoyed the races even though I missed the fixie section because I was too far away :(

That's me on the right in the white tracky top. Matching handlebars are sticking out of the left of the pile :)

Hope you don't mind if I post the link on FGSS?

Of course not. Did you see me lying on the ground to take the shot?

He finished second I think although it was all a bit haphazard

Cheers. Yeah I vaguely remember someone taking a shot from prone, the bike pile seemed to attract a lot of attention. It's a great pic despite (or maybe because of) my head being not in the frame.

Nice photos el_p. Wish that I had come along rather than sitting on my fat a$$ moaning about the (perfectly adequate) weather!

Ok, here's more conclusive proof. That's my right bum-cheek.

The old guy in the background was great. He asked to have a go on someone's bike and then did a fine job with the requests for a trackstand. The verbal riposte was an equally impressive "I was trackstanding before you lot were born". Like Greg66, but much cooler and a damn sight better dressed. :)
