I would, but have none... Pizza (Italian, right!?)

I'm only kidding. Looks like a big ol' bowl of porridge and honey in the morning, alot of chamois cream, and alot of pain....

    But I'm tough 8)

    I've done tougher stuff

Get some cinnamon on that porridge or some cocoa powder. ;)

Good call on using honey, lots of slow burning carbs.
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

tell her to worry about her own grey hairs. That'll learn 'er ... or get you slapped
Everything in moderation ... except beer
Beer in moderation ... is a waste of beer

If riding an XC race bike is like touching the trail,
then riding a rigid singlespeed is like licking it
... or being punched by it, depending on the day

I got woken up by an ex pulling my eyebrow hairs saying they were too bushy, so i told her maybe she should worry about her moustache before commenting on my facial hair (she didn't actually have one but naturally I wasn't in a good mood having been woken up in that manner) All that achieved was a kick to the shins and having to spend the rest of the morning on the floor.

    Good luck in the race!

Well, I just got in. Done it. Furthest I have EVER rode, by at least 50 miles.

With 3,000 meters of ascent, was bloody tough!! We got round in 7:18. I say we, I was riding with, arguably 2 of the best Army Cycle Union riders, and another total legend. I would say it was awesome, but I'm absoloutely trashed. According to my HR moniter, 6,290 kcal!!!

It'll be awesome tomorow! Another bragging right over my non-riding (and some of my riding) buddies for sure!!

Now, time to overload on chiken, me thinks!!
