Ksyrium elite rim tape

Evening all. I recently bought a new pair of ksyrium elites, but they didn't come with any rim tape. My question is, should I be using them with or without tape?

    Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos
