I ordered a new frame and bits from Ribble yesterday. How long does it normally take to arrive from them?

Can we fix it?
Yes we can!

I got some inner tubes and bottles delivered next day this week, but frames/bikes seem to take ages

Ordered groupset, wheels, and few other bits on a Sunday night, arrived that Tuesday morning. Ordered a pump, and a couple of bottles took a week, so a bit hit and miss.
It does say on their site though to allow longer for some items

to be fair ribble are up front with delays on this bike - at least 4 weeks from what I hear.

I always ask the lead time - and make this a condition of the order.

It's not a complete build but just a frame and parts.

Probably best to ring them tonorrow and ask if it's urgent (although to be honest if I need anything in a rush I don't use Ribble)

Due to exceptional demand all Sportive bikes/frames ordered on or after April 29th will not be delivered until the end of June 09

This also seems to apply to other frames/sizes as well.
