HI,

I was goiing to buy the campagnola khamsin wheels and cassette but my groupset is shimano 105 rear mech 9spd. Is this possible or am i restricted to shimano hubs and cassettes.

Thanks

Not wise. The cassettes are slightly different, so the shifting can be a bit crap.

I'm not sure why you'd want to anyway. Shimano splined wheels are far more abundant and often cheaper, and Khamsins aren't particularly good. The front wheel is rubbish due to the G3 spoke pattern.

Even if the wheels are cheap check out the cost of Campag Cassettes  Check out Sheldon Brown for what will run with what.

You can also buy the Khamsin wheelset and fit a shimano freehub, about 20 quid and then use your existing shimano cassette. If thats the way you want to go. There are cheaper wheelsets from shimano. I also have a pair of Khamsins they are heavy but decent wheels for the price.
