Pork or Lamb chops?

Looking in the fridge to suss what to have for tea, there are pork and lamb chops, what do I have and what is your preference?

Also let me know your cooking techniques of above chops please?

I grill both lamb and porl, I brush them with olive oil. The lamb gets rosemary and the pork gets wholegrain mustard.

Suggestions?

    Lamb. This recipe. It's dead easy too! Obviously it can bu done or chops and you can just use Rosemary.

    Go with the Pork, Pan fry with olive oil Rosemary and Garlic then just before the end of cooking squeeze over lemon juice and then rest in the pan (off the heat) serve, yum
