Logging in as an infrequent visitor

I'm only an occasional visitor to this site and likely won't recall either my password / username the next time I'm here. Is there a way of having username/password sent to my email address? The log in screen asked for both username and email address in the "I'm stupid and need help to log in" section.

I had to create a new identity using an alternative email address in order to log in.

instead of using the log in at the bottom of the page try the one topish right as there is a forgot password option.
