MTBing in Brittany
Hi All,
Could anyone help me.I'm wanting to go to Brittany and would like to get some riding in,both on and off road.But,I cant seem to find any info about off roading in Brittany.I've done loads of googling but all I seem to get is holiday companies wanting to sell walking hols bt of course they dont give loads of detail.Even basic info on any national park areas(is there one in Brittany?)seems hard to come by.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciate.

I don't know Brittany, but generally for France.....Your best bet is to find a good local bike shop and ask in there. Most are really helpful and Brits are also seen as good spenders so they'll want you to have a great time, go back and tell all your mates to go too
Some tourist offices have good mtb maps, but that varies a lot. There are a lot of FFC marked routes too around France: http://www.ffc.fr/ If you speak good french there are also some very active french mtb forums such as http://www.velovert.com/ 0
