Am I right in thinking that to change from 5th to 6th on a Shimano Altus you have to be pedalling fast enough :?:

BTW, anyone else got the cool MBUK bullet tyre valve caps :?:

    you dont have to pedal fast when changing gearbut it does help if you ease the pressure a bit.

    and yes i have them fitted to my bike :D
