which bike

HI all im new to the forum, my question is which is the best mountain bike to buy which i want to use for commuting to work on road 10 miles approx and weekends off road cycling, dont really want spend silly money thanks :)

    Hi mate, welcome to the forum. You'd probably be best posting in the commuting forum to be honest.

    Try and explain exactly what your budget is, allow for accessories such as (good) lights etc...

    As I said though, best asking on the commuting forum...

    I would suggest something like an ex-demo / display / 2008/9 model commencal supernormal but I only ride road bikes on road...
