minoura turbo trainer help

Just bought a fluid minoura trainer as my old magnetic one lost resistance when it was hot... Bought one without remote resistance control as always just use the gears to control, and have previously had my variable one set on max - just got my new one home and seen on the box that the 'low' rather than 'normal' box is ticked... am hoping that this is height rather than resistance.... anyone know what this means? thanks

    actually i must confess i'm kind of addicted to the unremitting pain and being totally absorbed in the zone...
