Hi All
I'm looking at cycling from Perpignon to Calais over 10 days probably the most direct route point to point. I'm looking for advice / guidance / recommendations for this ride.
just to inform, I'm from a racing background so I consider myself fairly fit, but will be doing this with some guys who are relatively new to cycling.
If you can give any information regarding it will be greatly appreciated.

sorry, the team has just informed me that they are thinking of going from Perpignon to St Malo via Bordeaux. Again if anybody knows what the roads are like, potential issues etc I would greatly appreciate any advice. The other lads are looking at stopping at cities along the way for the ease of accomadation. Personally I'm unsure if riding from city to city is the best option. Any thoughts please??0
