Felt AR4, I am sooo close....

Hi all,
I am thinking of possibly getting the AR4 subject to a decent test ride but to save me time (and the store from ordering one in) I was after any riding impressions out there?
Is it stable? Skittish? Planted? Comfortable? Would it be suitable for a road beginner? (Not so much a beginner but it has been many years since I last threw my leg over a road bike)
The bike would be used for casual Tris, casual racing but mainly general fitness riding as mountain biking is my favoured sport on two wheels.
I have done a search but riding impressions are proving to be elusive. I have read the ones that were linked from this forum but I would be keen to hear from any personal experiences on here.
Any advice, opinions would be appreciated
