Is that the taco thing that fits under the BB? Quite interested in that myself, I don't think it's neccesary really but I hate the feeling of dragging the chainring across rock, it always puts the ****s right up me...

Looks neat Barkey. I have the eNVy 3 ring bash on my remedy - that looks a lot lighter.
If you ever do the Kona Darkside at Mabie....you need one trust me

I need one for when I'm rambling down the Rocks (profile view) in France, Its weight is about 100g and from the drive side you can hardly see it, just sticks out just a little bit more than the outer chainring.

Ive been running one for a couple of months now. Very easy to fit and has done a grand job of protecting my chainring. I was worried that being mounted behind the BB cup, it could rotate under a heavy impact, but it stays firmly in place and its took a few wacks. The chain guide on the top half is a nice little feature too. My chain had a bad habit of falling off around the BB when ploughing down rocky decents, but now it cant get past the granny ring! So it fixed two bug bears of mine with one product. Very Happy, Id recomend one to anyone, 10/10! :D

Anyone know where you can get them? Looked on ebaY and googled it to death but no joy finding a stockist so far...

    Any leads appreciated.

Excusing my ignorance, what is the difference between the BB mount and ISCG mount? I have SLX drivetrain and cranks if that helps?

BB mount - held on by the bottom bracket which fits through it. The mount often replaces a BB spacer.

ISCG old or 05 mount - held on by the 3 tabs welded or machined onto the frame, around the BB shell.
