Help choosing a new bike

HI all
I am new to this forum and want some advice on a bike. I made a mistake last year of buying a full suspension bike £90 from halfords and it is falling apart. I am now upgrading to a better one mostly for biking on Dalby forest and the odd times on some roads to get some tracks. I have got it down to three bikes. These are Felt Q5FW (£380), Giant Talon 3 (£425) and Giant Talon 2 (£550). The main difference between the Giant Talon 2 is hydraulic brakes which I can identify. I am honestly no good with bikes and am new to it all just dont wanna buy one that going to fall apart again. The shop also said they will do me a further 10% of the price. I just want to know what is best for me at the cheapest price bearing in mind I am a starter. I aint going to be doing hardcore tracks like the black routes. Hope you can help need a answer asap!
