I've only had my road bike for a month or so now, and only ridden it regularly for the last 2 weeks (2-3 days commute, 25 mile round trip plus a couple of 30 mile rides a week) but in that fortnight I have lost nearly a stone. My waistline is still the same, but the overhang I have is clearly smaller. I like this cycling lark

btw - more informaiton than you need - but i only ever weigh myself in the mornings right after i've had a sh.it and before i have breakfast. :D

I had very unusual results, but when I took up cycling lost 6 stone in 3 months. The soup and protein diet works wonders. ;)

So does 3-4 hours a day on the bike. :)
