is the kona shred 09 a good dirt jump bike because i am planning to get one.

It's good but at what price?
Because at Evans and Paulscycles is £635.

And for £40 more you get a lot more on the Giant STP1 2009,
DJ1 fork with 20mm axle, Truvativ Hussefelt crank on Holzfeller BB, plus a
chain tensioner. And £675 on that bike is damn good price.
