    Good article, I keep hearing about the increased cyclists commuting but fail to see them. There's loads of people where I work who have got a bike under the scheme - never see the 'new bike' in the lockup.. Feel bitter about it as the local authorities are planning a new road to trash my off road commute. It will carry an extra 30.000 cars a day over a 3 mile road costing umpteen millions.

    Thats not one of the sustrans routes is it? Theres several up for the chop I hear. I dont think we need any new roads - we need less cars. :lol: Saturation point has been reached.

    Upto 50% off, I don't think so, upto 41% perhaps!
    (40% upper band tax plus the 1% NI prevailing at the salary levels at which you are taxed 40%).

    And VAT at 15% so I guess 65% is the top saving, not bad :)
