Anyone else at their desk / work staring out the window wishing they were riding?

Can't wait to get back this evening, wolf down a quick banana and head out for a mid-week blast. Makes the week a bit more bearable does it not?

Loving the lighter evenings now too!

I am absolutely gagging to get out on the bike!!

Problem Ive had is I had laser eye surgery a couple of weeks back. Couldnt ride for a bit before hand as wasnt allowed to wear my lenses (hate cycling in my glasses as my vision is so bad if I were to drop/break them Id have real problems getting home!). Ive not been allowed to cycle since the surgery (went brilliantly btw!) which has seemingly coincided with the beautiful weather, and its been driving me mad!

On the plus side Im allowed to start again this weekend so cant wait for that, cant come soon enough (although knowing my luck it will rain )

Ride was great last night, an actual scorcher, mostly dry dusty trails, so now get to sit here for the rest of the day with that post ride buzz - gets me through the morning!

Sounds like you missed our summer then what with the eye surgery - i think they are predicting rain for the weekend

But at least you can now ride without worrying about a lens falling out or anything like that - happened to me before on a downhill section, had to finish my ride with only one eye!

Must admit at 3:40 yesterday I wasn't actually looking forward to riding as I had a 15 mile, 2000ft ascent commute home lined up. Wasn't that bad in the end. Riding first thing in the morning is better though.
