Just changed mine, easy as. First job, grease up the new spring assy. Remove front wheel. Then undo/remove the U-turn dial (2.5mm allen key) Carefully catch three little ball bearings and get the three little springs out with a magnet. Undo the bottom allen bolt about 5mm (5mm allen key) Hold fork/bike horizontal, this stops the fork oil from pi55ing out the bottom of the fork. Undo the top cap, 22mm socket or 15/16 if youre a real person. Hold bike/fork horizontal pull out old spring assy, you might need to tap the bottom allen bolt with a plastic/dead-blow hammer at this point. Dont hit the fork lowers. Slide in new spring assy, do up bottom allen bolt a little, do up top cap a little, once its all good, tighten up lower bolt, tighten up top cap. Find all the little ball bearings and springs you knocked on the floor when hitting the lower bolt with a hammer, put them back in, pop on top cap, go and ride your local trails. After first replacing front wheel.

    Take a look here....

And my new springs, from LBS for £40.50, didnt come with the o ring that goes on the top of the new springs, just under the threads. Just swap it over, with a little Boy Butter.

Total time was about 1/2 hour max. :D (Including the great ball bearing hunt!)
