Achilles strain

Somehow yesterday I managed to strain my achilles while sat at my work desk.
Was worried originally as I ruptured the same one about ten years back and thought I'd done it again, fortunately a tip to A&E confirmed it's nothing too serious.
Sat here now twiddling my thumbs and looking out of the window at the glorious weather. Any ideas on how long I could be laid up for?
