I used to live in Malaysia, and can honestly say that most of these "rules" are true.

It is the only place where I have seen a car flip whilst taking a bend too quickly, and the only place where I have seen a puddle of blood about 8 feet square on the tarmac.


The Malaysians are lovely people but 17 people A DAY die on Malaysian roads....

    Some of those rules could apply to Jamaica too :lol::lol: especially the first one and the 'on the spot fine' . Great for cycling, off-road, of course :D

    I would think that 17 in Malaysia is what you might expect, we have 10 people a day dying on roads in the UK
