I've been recently that my bike set up may be on the racy side, with a saddle-bar vertical drop of 10cm. The saddle height is the right one, so I've been considering raising my handlebar, and wonder about two options: spacers or a new stem.

My current stem is 110mm/6 degrees, so I thought maybe a shorter one with a wider angle would do the trick.

Which one would be better?

    Can we fix it?

I think I could do with an adjustment, as I get a tensed back after a 50km ride. My current set-up was described by the chaps at enigma (bless them!) as pro-tour type set up, and for sure I ain't no pro rider!
