Shimano RS80 wheels

Hi, I have a Cube Peloton (Alu frame, 105 groupset and Fulcrum R7 wheels) and I'm thinking of upgrading the wheels to shimano RS80s, which are about £450 and 300g lighter than my R7s.
I'm just wondering if I'll notice much of a difference when riding with the shimanos, or if I should try to save up a bit more cash and get Dura-Ace or equivalent wheels?
I currently ride for 40-60 miles per week around Richmond Park or Surrey, am ok on the flats, but slow on the hills.
I'd really appreciate any help, thanks.
