Possible Bike Rent - North Wales

Hey All,
Was wondering whether anyone would be able to point me in the direction of a possible place to hire a good hybrid or road bike for some training rides in North Wales.
I will be over for a few weeks in Mid July to visit me parents. I live and work in Singapore but dont want to risk bringing my bike with me but dont want to miss some good hill training either.
Would appreciate any help or advice people could offer.

Just wanted to ask then whether anyone could perhaps point me in the direction of a good shop or club in and around abergele north wales so I could try them as a point of contact.
