how much would you pay

I came across a Raleigh, 1950's probably, british racing green.
Tis a lugged, steel frame, sturmy-archer gears. Chrome mud-guards, has a carrier / pannier type thing above the rear wheel.
Dynamo with front light working - rear isn't, hoping it's just the bulb?
Had an enclosed chain / chain protector.
Brilliant condition overall.
How much would you pay? I walked away from it but my wife thinks I've missed a trick and I'm humming & harring.
I'll let you know how much the owner wanted once I've got some valuations from you lot :-)
Thanks!! (and I may pop back on Monday to get it, if you convince me.

I wouldn't pay more than £100 very little on a Raleigh of any age will be top quality, I know I have an unhealthly number of bikes esp Raleigh.Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.0 -
Depends on condition but these seem to be going for around 100-150 on flebay0
