End of the track season, lots of people selling-up their bikes, getting out on the road instead, intending to get a new one in the autumn...

It depends what you're after.

There's this Fuji track, or this Fuji track pro, or this Dolan, or this Favorit, all of which are 'pure' track frames.

It's a very popular site so it's worth keeping an eye on it as good track frames come up all the time.

The BC classifieds might be another good option.
