Hi,

Does anyone know of/have a telephone number for customer services at Wiggle? I received my Focus Black Forest on Tuesday and the fork has been damaged in transit, I have sent 2 emails but they havent responded. I have scoured the website but cannot find a number, maybe they don't like answering the phone?

    sorry dude, everytime i've been in contact with them it's been via email, i've just checked some of those mails and there's no contact number on them.

    Typed the address into google maps, up pops Wiggle Ltd. and a phone number :D

    Have done that a few times before to get around phoning 0845 numbers.

    Tried that number and no joy, also got a number from BT but that only tells you to email sales, looks like I will have to sit tight and wait!!

    Just e.mail their sales team stating you are interested in buying 5 or so bikes ie about £8000 worth of kit and they should SOON get back to you......sneaky sneaky catchy monkey :lol:
