Singstar is Sony's trademark, so you can't get them for the Wii. Nintendo do some equivalent ones for the Wii, but think you will need to buy mikes separately. You should be able to find some on this link:

I got lips for the xbox360. The missus loves it. Comes with the mics and i got 800 msp free with it.
