ordered a focus black forest 09 tuesday and arranged a delivery for today 26th may, toke a day off work only to find the bike has failed to be delivered. anybody else had this problem with wiggle?

    Have you contacted Wiggle? Could be the courier at fault. Also, what time do they deliver until? Some couriers deliver until 6pm so you may still have a chance. I'd call Wiggle first though.
    Pictures are better than words because some words are big and hard to understand.

    ive sent a email asking whats going on and no response, id call them but they dont seem to have a enquiry number.

    it was bank holiday monday so you have to discount a day.


    bank holiday weekends mean that useally you must add 1-3+days onto the date given sadly.

    Is the order on their website showing up as "processed" yet and have Wiggle contacted you to confirm the order? (I think they need to speak to you before they will process the order).

    it has been processed yeah i payed through paypal and had a confirmation email
