Brakes Advice for the Alps

I'm having a trip to the Alps this summer and want to buy a few pairs of brake pads before I go out there as I hear they can be very expensive abroad. Are the superstar pads any good as they seem to be a lot cheaper than others? And are the sintered pads worth the £5 more (for a pack of 4) than the standard ones?
Finally, is it worth investing in bigger rotors for the longer descents. On my Commencal I have a 160 on the back and a 185 on the front. Should I put the front one on the back and buy a 203mm for the front?
Cheers

wet conditions sintered pads.
dry conditions organic.
do you have brake problems now?
I would not change anything.
PS topic heading corrected. you missed the F!"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

A friend of mine just changed his Front rotor to a 203
and a 183 on the rear
Would reccomend floating rotors mind0 -
Ok thanks! Was just wondering if they might overheat, but if they're going to be fine all the better. More money saved! Cheers.0
