Time Pedals - RXS or Xen?

I've ridden for years using Shimano SPD's (mtb style) to keep all my bikes compatible, but I'm hoping to do a few cyclesportifs this year so I'm taking the plunge to go for purely road-style shoes and pedals.
I've semi-decided on Look pedals because I like the idea of a bit more float to protect my knees, but I'm a little confused as to which one.
Am I right in saying that the RXS pedals are aimed at racers, and the Xen range is aimed more for cyclesportif/recreational riders?
My budget is under the £100 mark, and I'm looking for pedals more for long ride comfort and security more than out and out light weigh and performance. The Time Zen Carbon:

seems to fit the bill.
Any other suggestions or comments?
Oh, and maybe silly question time - do the pedals come with the cleats or do I have to buy them separately?

Time are RXS and Look are Keos. The RXS are excellent. Nothing to mess with, good float. keos are prob. more popular, also an excellent pedalM.Rushton0

I'm not the only who finds this - the Xen are rubbish to get in and out of. RXS are much better pedals IME. Also my RXE don't have adjustable spring tension (although that may be because they're a basic model) which is an important feature on my RXS.
The RXS can break through the body (which is scary) and were the subject of a partial recall a few years ago, so I'd only buy an up to date model from a reputable shop - don't buy any that might be older (i.e. avoid ebay/clearance stock).
RXS Edge are just as light as the more expensive models and have the full range of adjustment features for about £70.0
