A few days ago I installed the Rox.

I am having troubles figutring things out. I have been around computers for quite a while, but this Rox has me stumped.

I have a hard time figuring how to get to the main screen. The one with the Cadence, HR, Altitude and % incline.

I have read the manual several times, to no avail. I get stuck in this never ending cycle of Favorites A and B, but cannot get back to the main screen. I have managed a few times, but I did not figure out what sequence of buttom pushing did it.

Any help? Please?

Thanks,

Zorrogris

It takes a little time to work this beastie out, but once you've cracked it you'll realise that (a) it's a fantastic piece of kit and (b) the operation is very logical.

Start by using the buttons on the bottom to scroll through the options. When you get to "Favoutries A" hit the top right button twice and you will be on the screen you're looking for. (Note it will only show altitude and gradient in the top line until it's synchronised with the HRM and cadence sensors)

Pressing the top right button again will scroll the top line display through the individual metrics set as favourites and then back to all 4 measures at once.

Pressing either of the bottom buttons will scroll you through the 10 measures displayed along the bottom line.

Pressing the top left button twice will take you back to the main menu.

I think the most important thing to remember is that the top right button is the one you use to "enter" menus - and the top left button is the one that you use to move "back" through menus. But you usually have to press them twice to "confirm your entry - and the second press has to be within about 2 seconds of the first press.

If that doesn't help, PM me and I'll try again!

    FatLarry,

Thank you I'll try it next time I get on the bike (tomorrow).

I can see how good this device is. I just hope that my learning curve is not too tortuous!

    Thanks again.
