Thigh strain

Pulled right thigh and groin muscles today. Apart from stretching and rest. Anybody got any advice to aid recovery.
I'm gutted as just got back in shape and don't want to lose all my hard work.

What ever you do don't stretch. It will only cause more muscle damage.0
