Thigh strain

Pulled right thigh and groin muscles today. Apart from stretching and rest. Anybody got any advice to aid recovery. :(

I'm gutted as just got back in shape and don't want to lose all my hard work.

    What ever you do don't stretch. It will only cause more muscle damage.
