Blackburn monostay adaptor

Hi all,
I looking for a Blackburn monostay adptor in order to fit a rear rack to a mountain bike with no upper fixings. My search of the web seems to show that the required part is out of production and out of stock.

Can anyone help with where I can find a monostay adaptor or similar ?

    M:Part seatclamp - if the frame takes a 31.8mm seatclamp.

    Otherwise rubber-lined p-clips?

    Not 100% sure but I think I've got an adaptor for Cannondale frames with 2 holes to suit a U-Bolt of the right circumfrence. The adaptor isn't here with me though.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
