Well done Gaz! With the blog and everything, have you thought of doing motivational speaking? I don't know anything about it but wondered if you have considered broadening the audience for your story? There must be charities involved in this field who would be glad for your input.
Sorry, I have just realised how personal (and rude) this may be taken. No offense meant. :oops:The older I get the faster I was0 -

Evening Stone
Thanks very much for that, Its funny you should say that but only last week I was talking to someone at work saying I wanted to help others and show them that even when they think that there is no hope that sometimes just maybe there is.
So yeah I do actually think its something I would really like to do, not actually sure where to start with it like
Thanks

What happens when you've lost 20 Stone? Are you going to keep going till you're as slim as me, or slimmer? BTW 93.7kg.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

20 stone was just my first target, it was both achievable and out of reach at the same time, Once I hit 20 stone lost I will keep going, In fact I have discovered such a love for cycling that regardless of how much I actually loose I just wont stop nowOn a Mission to lose 20 stone..Get My Life Back
