Geting routes on to Forerunner 305

Can anyone help me?

How can I get routes created on mapmyride to my garmin forerunner 305? I use Ascent software for the analysis at the moment and there doesn't seem to be anything on their website to help. Do i need to get motionbased software installed? Is the whole thing complicated as I have a Mac not a PC??

    You can see the 705 as a disk on the mac?

    Put the saved GPX in the

    /GARMIN/GPX/

    folder - either on the main disk, or the microSD if you have maps on that, and the route will then appear in the "saved rides" section and you'll get full navigation.
