Devon/Cornwall trip in June - any tips

We're touring Devon/Cornwall in June (Plymouth->Tavistock->Okehampton->Bude->St. Austel->Redrouth->Penzance).

Looking for some recommendations on places to stay (camping), things to see and do along the way and good places to eat (and drink!)

Bissoe Cycle hire near Truro is a good place to stop & there's a ride outfrom there every Sunday.

On of the best pastie's I found is a Geevor Mine on the road between St Ives & St Just.
