Sending a bike by courier

Anyone know a cheap and reliable courier? Also any tips on packaging one?

    Go to Halfords or something and get a bike box. Then phone UPS. I think it's about £25. I might be wrong though.

    Good luck with it...I remember years ago, a guy shipped a De Rosa from Milan to Genova , the bike arrived bent.

    Good packaging and a good shipping company!
