Massi carbon frames/bikes & SRAM rival

Seen a Massi carbon road bike in my LBS for £1500. It's got Racing fulcrum 5 wheels and SRAM rival groupset.
I could get this on cyclescheme so for the first £1000 I would only pay £600. Anyone got a Massi bike or uses SRAM, does this seem like a good buy?
I am v.temped.
Any advice appreciated, ta.

    Hasn't anyone got a Massi then or use SRAM? If that's the case I may well get it as it's nice to be different sometimes!

    i`ve got sram rival on my look.been riding it for a year, done 2000miles and it still performs like the first day rode i it. a superb groupset which won`t let you down and looks good too. only thing you need to do is clean and lube the rear mech,cassette and chain etc. regularly and it`ll work like a dream...................................only thing i`d upgrade to is a nice carbon chainset !

    Which Massi was it by the way and which shop... I wanted to look at a Massi Pro SL in the flesh myself.

    By the way, I ride Sram Rival and it is fantastic, replaced 105 when I moved to it and it is much more positive and never misses a shift. Great.

    I have a Focus Culebro with the Sram Rival & have done getting on for 2k miles with it & found it to be excellent. :D

    Got the bike on reserve now and it looks great, just got to wait for my cyclecheme voucher and then give it a blast :)

    The bike shop was Schmoos in Swansea and my bike is a Maasi Team. Did the Merlin Ride a few weeks ago (70miles) and v.pleased with bike and groupset.

    It is a Spanish brand - Marga Fullana uses their bikes in MTB (and she is World Champion!)

    It is probably the 3rd spanish brand after Bicicletas BH (that have over 100 years of history!) and Orbea.

    The Massi Team has the same frame as the Planet-X SL Pro, £1200 with Ultegra or £1600 with full Dura Ace (unbuilt +£100 for built).

    Hi chaps, I'm new on here but have been lurking for some time. I have a massi too. Great bike, I have Campag Chorus running on her and frankly she bloody brilliant.
