specialised hard rock fork sizing

hello
i was just wondering what the maximum travel for you guys would recomend on a spesh hardrock 09 disk.
the current suntours are a bit useless not sure if its the fork or if there is a problem with them.
i have a pair of marazoke granfondo 3's my friend could put on it but not sure if they wuold be too big and mess up the geometry. there not the best fork but they work

    ive run mine at 130mm ever since I've had it, ridden every weekend and IMO it was fine
