Lightweight Hi-Vis vest/gilet?

I wear a windproof long sleeve hi-vis jersey for commuting which is ideal for cool mornings, but is too warm for the evening now it's getting hotter, particularly on the London leg of my commute. I'm after a very light, bright yellow vest or gilet that I can wear over my base layer to help me be seen. It needs to be as thin as possible, preferably mesh, so it doesn't offer any protection from the elements - I want the cool air to get in. Also needs to pack down very small.
