Another newbie hello...

I have put a couple of posts around, but though I would do the group therapy thing of saying hello. So hi!

I am 27, female, slightly podgier then I would like, on a cheapy squeeky bike until I know what I am doing, and very very much a newbie to all this. As said before doing 7-8 miles a day uphill, downhill and mix of road and off road. Hope y'all are ready for some very stupid questions!
