Drilling rims for schraeder tubes? (Roval Traversee)

I've just aquired a pair of Roval Traversee wheels, but I've nocticed that they're drilled for presta valves only... Does anyone know if it's OK to drill out the valve holes to accomodate a schraeder? I've nothing against prestas, it's just that all my tubes are schrader and I generally trust the valves more when assaulted by a clumsy oaf like me. It'd be a pain to have to buy a new set of light tubes plus spares. But obviously I don't want to kill me lovely rims!
