What is it about Essex the flatest part of the country and mountain biking ?

I'm over there on Saturday, I usually arrive at the South car park around 9am. I ride from where I live down through North Thorndon to South.
If you want to have ride round let me know. There are plenty of trails some will even make you puff.Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0 -
